Mis Patios Perdidos, Memorias de una infancia gibraltareña (Humbert Hernandez)

Mis Patios Perdidos, Memorias de una infancia gibraltareña (Humbert Hernandez)

By Humbert Hernandez.

About the author: Humbert Hernandez was born in Gibraltar in 1946. He was educated in the the Christian Brothers Grammar School and completed further studies in St Mary's University, London and stayed involved in education for over 40 years. In 1960 he got involved with theatre groups and directed many plays.

Since his retirement in 2002, he has used his spare time to devote himself to writing, something he longed for a long time.

'Mis Patios Perdidos' is a ninth release and focuses entirely on a Gibraltar that no longer exists; daily life in a working-class neighborhood, Lynch's Lane, of that courtyard town of the 40s and 50s of the last 20th century, which has almost completely disappeared, seen and told by a boy who lived it and which marked him deeply.
