- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

These delivery periods are currently under review.

VAT & Sales Taxes
We prepay VAT on all orders sent to a UK delivery address. If you live outside the UK and are charged sales tax, please send us a copy of the tax invoice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days and we will be happy to refund your money. We reserve the right, however, to change our tax refund policy at any time without notice.
Please note that in Gibraltar no sales tax or value added tax is levied, so all goods are sent free of taxes. On entry to your country you might be required to pay import taxes, this varies from country to country and changes from time to time. Where Customs duties have been paid on imports into the European Union (EU) based on the customs value of the goods this incorrect charge will not be reimbursed.
Should you wish to close your account, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to organise this. Once you cancel your account you will no longer be able to shop online or receive e-mails from us. You can re-register at a later date using the same email address, however any historic order information will not be available to view.
You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting our team immediately.
