Calendar 2026
Our Calendar 2026 celebrates the 210th Anniversary of the opening of The Alameda Gardens in 1816. The postcard pictures depict different views of the gardens, the changing landscape and features people enjoying the space. Images include The Saloon, Whale Jaw's Arch, The Cascade, The Rustic Arbour, General Eliott's Monument, Upper Walk, The Band Stand, Heathfield's Steps, New Colours Ceremony in Grand Parade, and Wellington's Monument. We have also included a 'Flower of the Month' series to highlight the flora found in the gardens and which are unqiue to Gibraltar.
The postcards illustrated in this calendar come from the collections of RM Clinton and RJM Garcia MBE, to whom the Trust is grateful.
We also wish to thank The Gibraltar Botanic Gardens and its Director, Dr. Keith Bensusan, who has collaborated with the Trust to produce this Calendar.
