Shorthorn Farm was a dairy farm which existed in Gibraltar from the 1880's until 1943. It was started by Joseph Mifsud the author's paternal great grandfather. However, it was her paternal grandfather Joseph Mifsud who devised a highly innovative business plan in 1932 and became the largest supplier of fresh pasteurised cow's milk in Gibraltar. this book details its fascinating history.
